Ich bin super zufrieden mit diesen Möbelbeinen. Habe sie an einem Schreib- und an einem Couchtisch verbaut, da ich beide Möbelteile gerne rollbar haben wollte.
Anfänglich netter Kontakt. Ich hatte mich vermessen und wusste vor Erhalt, dass der Artikel nicht passt. Der Store teilte bei Widerruf der Bestellung mit, kein Problem ich möge die Annahme verweigern, Betrag wird SOFORT erstattet. So getan und parallel Klarna entsprechend über Retour informiert. Dann ging der Zauber los. Eine übliche Klarna-Retour-Mitteilung war dem Store nicht recht. Ich zurückgenommen. Man will ja freundlich sein. Auf Nachfragen zur Erstattung wurde plötzlich sehr langwierig reagiert und mit rechtlichen Hinweisen geantwortet. Nach erneuter Meldung meiner Retour bei Klarna nach 3 Tagen fehlender Eingangsbestätigung der Retoure habe ich nun wenigstens eine Retourbestätigung über Klarna erreicht aber nun Rest-Kosten von 7,90 Euro zu zahlen. Nee is nicht so meins....vermutlich Versandkosten aber so ein Geschäftsgebaren bei Rückgaben sind für mich nicht professionell genug! Zur Ware kann ich nichts sagen, hatte ich nie in der Hand. Vielleicht klappt es bei anderen besser.
Top verarbeitet, klasse Optik, Preis-Leistung stimmt hier einfach. Vor 3 Jahren hat schon ein Sideboard ein Upgrade erhalten und ich freue mich bis heute über diese Aufwertung. Gerne wieder!
Zeugt von guter Qualität, sind sehr stabil.
